July 20, 2020 Update: Thank you so much for your continued patience and understanding as Baltimore Woods has navigated the very different world of operating a summer camp program this year. Our Summer Nature Day Camp is open on-site, with reduced numbers and new safety protocols. We believe that children need camp, and need our kind of nature-play based camp in particular right now.

We continue closely monitoring the evolving requirements at the state and local level related to summer camp operations and have based our protocols on the most recent guidelines offered by the CDC and the American Camp Association. You can click here to review a set of FAQs that provide an overview of these protocols here.

Part of these updated safety protocols included the need for us to closely evaluate and reduce our weekly camp capacities to maintain camper and staff safety. As of July 20, we have reopened registration and wait lists for the weeks of July 27 –  August 28. Click the button below to log in to our registration system and see the availability for your camper (or campers) age groups. Please call the office at 315-673-1350 if you have any questions or run into issues. The office is staffed Monday – Friday 8am-4pm.

Camp registration for all of Baltimore Woods camps is entirely ONLINE! We are excited to make the process convenient for you – it is fast, secure, and saves more than a few trees in the process.

Check Availability

Here’s how it works:

  1. To register your child for camp, click the “Register Now!” button above.
  2. You will be redirected to our secure registration portal operated by Active Network.
  3. Choose your camp sessions and fill out the forms. Camp sessions with availability will show up in the options to the left of your screen. You can register all your children at once – simply put the appropriate number of camps in your shopping cart.
  4. You will be given the choice to purchase “Registration Protection” and “Active Refund” protection from Active Network. This is a third-party registration insurance and not directly associated with Baltimore Woods Nature Center. See our FAQ section for information regarding our refund policies.
  5. Make your payment via credit card or EFT, review everything. EFT is also known as an “e-check”. Choosing this option helps us keep costs low as there are larger fees for credit card transactions.
  6. Create an account, if you don’t already have one. This will speed the process up in the future and allow you to make changes to your child’s information.
  7. You will receive instant email confirmation from Sue, our office manager. Be sure to save this email as it contains important information about the camp program, including a packing list.
  8. Upload your camper’s vaccination records into your camp account at least two weeks prior to your first session.

That’s it! We can’t wait to see you at camp!
