Sketching Reptiles and Amphibians (CLOSED)

Loading Events

Registration for this program is closed.

In summer, reptiles and amphibians are very active, making this the perfect time to practice getting to know them through sketching! We will meet at the lower parking lot and walk up to Phillip’s Pond to observe (and maybe even catch!) critters such as frogs, tadpoles, newts, and even turtles! Then we’ll sketch together along the banks enjoying the sights and sounds of the evening pond. Photo references will also be available.

More details: This program is designed for families, including children ages 8 and up. Space is limited. Online pre-registration is required. This program includes a walk to Phillips’ Pond along the Boundary Trail. Here there are some difficult sections of trail with hills, loose gravel, exposed roots, and some grass.
