When the summer sun sets, a whole community of nighttime invertebrates emerges and brings the night to life. Using special lights and white sheets, we’ll attract a variety of insects to get a close-up view of their patterns, colors, and adaptations. A short walk through the woods will reveal even more wonders. Moths, dobsonflies, beetles, millipedes, and even night-flying water insects are all among the visitors that we will look for in this nocturnal experience.
