Get tuned into the rhythm of the season through guided movement and mindful meditation practices. Plan to be outside or by a window. This program is designed for adults.

Register for Mindful Moments

More details: When registering, you will be asked to provide the email address you wish to use to view the program. Each registration seat is for a single device to log in from (i.e. if you plan to have two devices participating from a single household, you will need to register both devices separately). Participants will receive a Zoom invitation link to that address on Friday, November 6 at 5:00pm. You may log into the Zoom conference room on your device at 1:45pm on Saturday, November 7 and the program will begin at 2:00pm. If you have any technical issues logging in, please contact us via email at [email protected]. This email address will be monitored throughout the program.

Membership discount will be applied at checkout when using your member account to register.
