Join Wild Ones’ Habitat Gardening in Central New York Chapter (HGCNY) for a day-long celebration of our 20 years advocating for native plants. You can expect inspiration, education, camaraderie, and more at this special event! Your registration includes admission to two presentations on native plant topics, free tickets for a raffle of native plant gardening books, a bag lunch, and a tour of a Baltimore Woods restoration project. Local native plant nurseries will be selling native plants throughout the day in the pavilion. There is no registration fee for the plant sale.
More details: This program is designed for adults. Space is limited. Registration will close Friday, August 30, 2024; fee is $20, which includes a bag lunch. Credit cards and checks accepted. Use this form or call Baltimore Woods (315) 673-1350 to register. To pay by check, print out this registration form and mail it, with your check, to: Baltimore Woods Nature Center, P.O. Box 133, 4007 Bishop Hill Rd, Marcellus, NY 13108. This program will include a walk with two options; one is of the Faust Garden, which is a moderate trail with packed crushed stone and less than 8% slope.
