Join us for a journey back through the guided meditations from last spring to restore our minds and bodies for the 2021 season ahead!

Join Naturalist Becky Wilson in a search for signs that spring is on its way! Feel revitalized through mindful musings, inspirational nature imagery and creative nature journaling. Spring came early last year when we first filmed this virtual guided meditation hike. Though this year looks much different, we can tap into the same restorative energies for a fresh start to this season of growth and renewal! This program is recommended for adults and is free to watch. (suggested donation $10 ~see details below). Watch the trailer here!

Free program; suggested donation $10: We are pleased to continue to offer virtual program experiences for our community to have engaging experiences with nature and stay connected with the Baltimore Woods preserve and staff no matter where you are! These programs take our education team significant time and effort to produce and if you can support us with a donation, it is greatly appreciated. Our typical in-person programs run at $9 per person, and if you are able, we suggest a donation of $10 per household for this virtual program experience. In light of these challenging times, we understand that not everyone will be able to make a contribution, and that others may be able to help support our environmental education programming with a larger donation – no gift is too small, and we thank you for your support!

Thank you for allowing us to be your resource for environmental education and stewardship in Central New York.
