Teen Trail School

September – June, 2026-27

A special program designed specifically for older homeschoolers (11-17 years old), Teen Trail School will focus on primitive bushcraft and wilderness survival skills – everything you ever wanted to know about how to thrive in the woods. Topics include fire building, primitive tools, woodcraft skills, natural navigation, shelter building, primitive crafts, and so much more! And – it’s a drop-off program at our newest satellite campus on Pleasant Valley Rd – just a 5-minute drive from Baltimore Woods. This largely undeveloped forest is prime for adventure and will be getting some infrastructure upgrades thanks to a grant from the CNY Community Foundation!

This 10-month long series will be led by our bushcraft skills expert, Jeff Devine, and Baltimore Woods Environmental Educator Katie McLaughlin.
