IMPORTANT PARKING & EVENT INFORMATION FOR PRE-SALE TICKETHOLDERS (Updated 5/8/26)
All on-site parking is in a grass field across the road from the main gardens. Since it has been a very wet few weeks, it is quite muddy and parking areas are restricted. If you are a pre-sale ticketholder and plan to park at the gardens, we recommend all-wheel drive vehicles and encourage carpooling to reduce the number of cars. Please be aware that if your car gets stuck in the mud, there is no machinery at the gardens to pull cars out and you may need to call a tow truck.
For those who do not wish to park at the gardens, Baltimore Woods has acquired a shuttle bus that will transport people from the paved parking lot at Marcellus Highschool at 1 Mustang Hill in Marcellus thanks to the partnership and support of the Marcellus School District. The bus seats 56 people at a time and will begin loading at 9:30am and run continuously through the event. The loop takes about 30 minutes from loading to departure at the entrance to the gardens.
Need a spot to meet for carpooling? You can meet at Baltimore Woods Nature Center at 4007 Bishop Hill Road (a quick 5-minute drive from the gardens) and leave cars in parking lot. Bring the vehicle that can best handle muddy conditions and soft grass parking.
Need mobility accommodations? Alert the parking lot attendants as you pull into the driveway and they will direct you to designated parking and/or drop-off areas. While there are no golf cart tours within the gardens, you can bring a personal motorized scooter to use on the pathways.
Please be patient with the arrival, parking, and check-in process, and make sure to cross the road with the officers; we want to make sure this is a safe and enjoyable event for everyone!
Update 2:35pm on Sunday May 10: Day-of ticket sales are now sold out. Thank you to everyone for your support!!
PLANNING TO BUY DAY-OF TICKETS ON MAY 10?
(Updated 5/8/26)
If you need to purchase day-of tickets to the event, they will ONLY be for sale at the Marcellus Highschool Parking lot at 1 Mustang Hill and require taking the shuttle to and from the gardens due to limited parking availability. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. The bus seats 56 people at a time and will begin loading at 9:30am and run continuously through the event. The loop takes about 30 minutes from loading to departure at the entrance to the gardens.
Need mobility accommodations? Please go to the high school first to get tickets and staff will determine if there is a spot available at Sycamore Hill Gardens for your vehicle or if you will need to drop off in a designated area. While there are no golf cart tours within the gardens, you can bring a personal motorized scooter to use on the pathways.

Local food trucks, including Blueberries & Lace, Bob Barker’s Famous Hot Dogs & Coneys, Limp Lizard, Skippy’s Ice Cream, and The Local Crust, will be on site all day to add some flavor to your garden experience.
