Baltimore Woods Nature Center Annual Meeting
Tuesday, January 25 ~ Virtually via Zoom @5:00pm
Join our staff and Board of Directors as we share the 2021 annual report, including highlights from our programming, upgrades and improvements made on the preserve, as well as an update on the progress of our “Expanding Boundaries” capital campaign. At the beginning of this virtual annual meeting, we will hold formal board elections of Officers and Members of the Board of Directors as well as the Board Development Committee.
To attend the Zoom meeting: Click here to RSVP to [email protected]. You must RSVP no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday, January 25 in order to allow time to receive the meeting link. All current active members in attendance will have an opportunity to vote electronically during the meeting.
Can’t attend? Current active members can vote in advance by proxy: Click the button to the left to download the ballot. Only current active members of Baltimore Woods Nature Center can vote. The proxy ballot can be returned by the following methods:

- Deliver in-person at 4007 Bishop Hill Road, Marcellus. Call ahead to arrange for pick-up of your ballot as the building is currently closed to the public with staff on-site 9am-4pm Monday -Friday and open to the public on Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
All proxy ballots must be received no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday, January 25th.
