SUMMARY:Virtual After Party: Observing Vernal Pools
DESCRIPTION:Hundreds of amphibians have emerged from the leaf litter in the forest to come together in exclusive woodland pools. This early spring extravaganza is only the beginning of the story\, though. Join Rand Michaels in an exploration of these vernal pools to take a closer look at thousands of frog and salamander eggs. Along the way\, we’ll learn the story of amphibian development and what we can do to protect these habitats and the creatures that depend on them. \nWhen you register\, we’ll ask you to provide the email you’d like to use to view the program. On May 2nd at 12pm\, all registered participants will receive a personal email invitation with a link to view the program directly from YouTube. The program will be available for viewing until May 9th at 12pm.  \nRegistration for this program will be rolling throughout the week\, allowing participants who sign up any time during the week to receive an invitation link within 24 hours.  \nRegister for the Virtual After Party!
