We will be looking for\, identifying\, and counting the birds that visit our feeders from the warmth of our indoor program room as part of the Lab of Ornithology’s Project: Feederwatch citizen science initiative. Join a naturalist and other bird-lovers for a casual afternoon of learning and connecting! Binoculars and field guides will be provided. \nThis program will occur every Wednesday from January 14 – April 8. Pre-registration is not required.  \nMore Details: This program will be held inside the program room in the Interpretive Center. There are accessible and van accessible parking spaces with a short paved path from the parking lot to the building. Led by June Leo-Randazzo\, a Certified ANFT Forest Therapy Guide\, this program invites participants to immerse themselves in nature and open their senses to the surroundings of the forest. \n\nRegistration for the Forest Bathing Walk is now closed. \n\nMore Details: This walk is designed for adults. The Literature & Nature Book Group at Baltimore Woods welcomes you to nourish and enhance your appreciation of the natural world with ongoing friendly discussions of great writing on that theme. Open to all interested adult members of the community\, we will meet at the Interpretive Center (or outside if weather permits) one Saturday a month to delve into a reading of fiction or creative nonfiction chosen by participants.
